International Consultant for Human Resources Support Services

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities and expected deliverablesUnder the supervision and guidance of the Regional Human Resources Business Partner, the consultant will support in the main stages of the recruitment process for FTA, TA, UNV, SC, SSA and intern contract types as needed.  The consultant will be home-based and support in the above deliverables.Expected Deliverables The following deliverables in the table below are expected from the work under this consultancy agreement. Required Skills and Experience
EducationA Master`s  Degree in HR, business administration, public administration  or area relevant to the requirements of the TOR. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, and/or programme support;;Experience in recruitment and selection, and contract administration processes are required;Knowledge and experience in HR systems/software applications;Detailed knowledge and experience of UN system Human Resource rules and regulationsHR working experience within UN Women and/or UNDP considered an assetExcellent command of English especially on report writing with analysis.Field experience is an asset;Languages:Fluency in English is required;Knowledge of one of the other UN official working language is an asset.Evaluation of ApplicantsUN Women applies a fair and transparent selection process. Applicants will be evaluated using a cumulative analysis method taking into consideration the combination of the applicants’ qualifications/skills and their financial proposal. Deliverables from the consultant will be reviewed and approved by UN Women before they are considered final.
