Job Malawi’s Refund Policy
- Subscribers may cancel their subscription any time. However, Job Malawi will only make refunds to subscribers whose login credentials have not been utilized by the time of the cancelation or those subscribers whose last login precedes their last payment.
- No refunds shall be payable where a subscriber accesses the service after payment unless such subscription was paid for more than one month in advance and that there is/are more than 30 days remaining on the subscription.
- No refunds shall be made for monthly subscription unless condition 1 above is fulfilled.
- Refunds shall be made to the medium/number through which the subscription was made.
- Subscribers shall be liable for the costs of refund through a deduction from the refundable amount.
Subscribers can cancel their subscription and request for a refund (if eligible) through email firstname.lastname@example.org. Subscriptions can also be cancelled through the personal profile editor on the website.
